
William D. Nesmith has practiced law since 1988 and devotes the major part of his practice to bankruptcy cases and civil litigation. Serving as a former prosecutor for four years and a public defender for five years, he gained valuable experience in the area of criminal law. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Evansville and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky.
