William Nesmith

William D. Nesmith has practiced law since 1988 and devotes the major part of his practice to bankruptcy cases and civil litigation. Serving as a former prosecutor for four years and a public defender for five years, he gained valuable experience in the area of criminal law.  He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Evansville and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky.

Bill provides legal help for clients in Indiana and Kentucky, and his representation extends to numerous counties under the jurisdiction of both states. As a civil and criminal trial lawyer, he represents clients in a wide variety of areas.
